Regina has maintained a professional fine art illustration and creative photographic studio for over thirty years working for national advertising and marketing firms. Her inspiring work includes many national magazine covers as well as creative movie posters. Her photo composition and retouching skills span a decade of traditional transparency retouching, to unsurpassed expert Photoshop skills.

Her professional studio has received national recognition and awards for her creative work. She now utilizes her talent by creating unique custom prints, custom fine art painting, and unique graphic design work. Teaching digital arts, traditional art, and photography is her passion. She received the highest honor, a National Gold Medal for her outstanding teaching skills in 2015. Regina holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree from California State Long Beach, a California Community College instructor credential, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree is from The University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
